Yeah, the weather is nice. Yeah, the first day of spring past a while ago. But today....Spring officially begins. The Samsa hut is open. The hut closes down from October to April. But now its back! A samsa is bread stuffed with meat, chicken, cheese, or potato. I won't lie to you and tell you its the best thing in the world. But in a town where the cafes serve exactly what you eat at home...this gives you something to look forward to when you go downtown! For those of you with RO connections- its nothing compared to a good schwarma, but not all of us are that fortunate. Still, spirits continue to rise!
