These pictures are a couple of weeks old. I just forgot to post them. But I thought you'd enjoy them, as it shows the snow levels. This is Gambrill's house. On the other side of the house, the fence is completely under snow. As you can see here, its not bad on this side either.
They plowed the road...sort of. The snow to the right of Gambrill is actually the road. The tractor guy made a mountain of snow instead of clearing the road. And then piled a bunch of it on their fence.
Its an ice rink next to the well.
The dog, Barbose, has an extra 2-3 feet of snow to stand on. He can almost see over the fence now.
Its been a slow week here. I've been working on some maps on the Polygon. So nothing too exciting. It has warmed up a little today. I just went for a walk and its quite warm out in comparison. Its +14F...which may still sound cold, but I was sweating on my walk. The snow on the roads is melting somehow even though its still below zero. All hope is focused on an early spring and the mud bath that will last until summer!
