A little bit of sunshine in an otherwise muddy day (it snowed all day today- making my walk to work a mess). The director of my park was accepted into an exchange program that will take him to the states (pittsburg) for 10 days in June. This is a big opportunity for the park and him. The people at the park are very smart and capable people, but often times simply lack a good example to base their work off of. This is why exchanges are so important. Its the small stuff: a design of a fence, a sign, a merchandising object- but people come back with ideas and energy to change things here. So I've got my fingers crossed that the exchange will be good.
