Today is the one year anniversary of leaving for my staging event in Washington DC. Saturday is the anniversary of us arriving in Kazakhstan. Time flies.
Speaking of that. Summer is flying by. Its cold out at nights and everyone is saying that summer is over. For all of you suffering in the August heat, I want you to know that it was 36 degrees F the other night (2 C). It's still warming up in the day to the high 70's early 80's but is dropping at night. It's 10pm as I write this and is 57F out. Feels like autumn. In fact, some of the leaves are turning yellow and some pine needles have fallen.
I leave for vacation in several weeks to southern KZ and fully expect Autumn/winter to be here upon my return.
