I was given some good news today by one of my old colleagues in Romania, Ovidiu. On a suggestion from someone in the post office in Arad, the park administration applied to the Romanian Postal Service, for the chance to have custom envelopes made and issued by the postal service that would promote the park. The postal service agreed and of 20 pictures, two were selected to be on the envelopes.
One of the pictures is one that I took (below). I took this picture soon after I started working for the park. We held a photo contest and I was photographing the contest.

I think this is great for the park and will help promote themselves and their ideals further. But I'd be lying if I didn't think it was cool for me too. Ovidiu told me it will be out this winter and that he will send several to me for souvenirs, so that is nice.
