A volunteer, Johnny, and his fiance came and visited this week. We spent 4 days hiking around and seeing the area. It was rainy and cold part of the time. Temps actually dipped into the low 40's or high 30's at night. It was hard to believe it is late June.

I stayed in my Hennessey Hammock. Its the first time I've tried it out with my new insulation system. With the cooler temps at night I stayed perfectly warm- worked like a charm!!
It was a good four days. We got lots of hiking in. The weather could have been a little better but that's ok. No big plans for the weekend here. Work is still slow but simply observing things is helping me understand which direction I can go and what sort of things I can work on. We'll see.
